Seiko Mod Watches is a company specializing in offering pre-built and custom built Seiko Mod timepieces. We offer a unique customization experience that allows clients to design their own Seiko mod watch or buy one of our popular models.

2. HOW DOES THE CUSTOM WATCH DESIGN PROCESS WORK?
You can contact us by email (watchtraders@outlook.com) and tell us how you want the watch customized and we will make your vission come true.

3. WHERE ARE YOUR WATCHES MADE?
Our watches are handcrafted by our skilled watchmakers in Asia, ensuring precision, quality, and a unique touch to every piece.

4. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY MOD WATCH?
After an order is processed, which takes 1-3 business days, shipping to countries like the UK, Germany, Italy, and France typically takes 7-14 days. For the rest of the world, shipping usually takes 7-18 days.

 

 

5. WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer a 30-day return policy. For returns to be accepted, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please see our "Refund Policy" for more details.

 

 

6. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship our watches worldwide.

 


7. WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?
We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us immediately upon receipt so we can make it right.

 


8. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Absolutely. Once your order is processed, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

9. HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SEIKO MOD WATCH?
To keep your watch in optimal condition, clean it regularly using a soft cloth, avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures, and have it serviced periodically by a professional. If you have specific concerns, feel free to contact our team.

 

 

10. HOW DOES THE EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD WORK?
For merchandise shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The merchandise should be in the same condition as received, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

 

 

11. I'VE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND YET. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at watchtraders@outlook.com.
